All of our tours leave promptly. No refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and find parking.
We continue our tours through rain or shine. We however will cancel the tour for severe weather. If this is the case, we will notify all guests and issue refunds.

- Digital and standard photographic cameras are encouraged, as you may capture one of our ghosts. Tour-goers get orbs almost every night. If you do happen to capture anything exciting we would love for you to share it with us.
